been a Speech-Language Pathologist
in the Greater Hartford, CT area for
over 15 years.  Her experience is
primarily in the area of adult
neurological disorders including
diagnoses of  Traumatic Brain Injury
(TBI), stroke, Cerebral Palsy,
dementia, Parkinson’s disease and
Multiple Sclerosis.  She can address
speech, language, cognitive and
swallowing disorders in these
populations and has a special
interest in Augmentative Alternative
Communication devices (AAC), as well
as computerized memory systems to
improve function in daily life.

experience in outpatient
rehabilitation for neurologically
impaired adult patients requiring
comprehensive therapy.  PT is
available  to address balance, fall
prevention, ambulation and general
rehabilitation.  Orthotic consultation

Karen Logan, OTR/L is a Saebo-trained
Occupational Therapist with 17 years of
experience in outpatient  rehabilitation,
providing comprehensive evaluations
and therapy for adults with neurologic
impairments as well as issues related to
physical disabilities, ADLs,
tone/spasticity, cognitive and visual
deficits.

design and fitting of custom
manual and custom power
wheelchairs
